Simon Cowell must have a thing for Irish women – because he couldn’t keep his eyes off a choir teacher from Kilkenny on this weekend’s episode of Britain’s Got Talent.
The Kilkenny Presentation Secondary School choir’s audition for a place in the competition will air on Saturday night, and although the choir was amazing – we think Simon slightly preferred the choral mistress, Veronica McCarron.
Before the choir began to sing, Simon said, “I like your glasses by the way… You look cute.”
While the teacher’s cheeks went pretty red, the choir still went on to give an incredible performance.
We’ll have to wait and see until Saturday to find out if the Kilkenny girls make it through to the next round.
