As we all know, Roz Purcell opened up a pop-up shop to mark the launch of her new cookbook Natural Born Feeder – but what we didn’t realise the shop was revamped in just eight days.
Run off her feet since opening on Wednesday, the former Miss Universe Ireland has given fans an insight into how the pop-up was created in a new time-lapse video and the transformation is incredible.
All proceeds from her pop-up will be donated to The Capuchin Day Centre for Homeless People which provides breakfast, lunch and other facilities for hundreds of homeless people in Dublin every day.
