Kathryn Thomas has revealed she has accepted the fact that not everyone’s going to like her.
The TV star has been in front of the camera for over a decade and admitted she used to be very hard on herself when it came to her critics.
“I think as women we’re pre-disposed to be hard on ourselves,” she said.

“But I’m no where near as bad as I was when I was in my twenties. I don’t read the negative criticism or social media.”
“I’ve resigned myself in the last few years that not everyone is going to like you or like what you did,” she told the RTE Guide.
“We’re all different and not everybody is meant to like what you do.”

“When you’ve friends and family to keep you grounded, they’re the ones you listen to if they say they don’t like what you’re doing.”
Maturing from her twenties into her thirties gave Kathryn a new lease on life and now the 36-year-old feels more confident than ever.
“I’m now willing to take more risks, I’m much more confident in the person I am, personally and career wise,” she said.

“As you get older you get a better perspective on life, people have kids, parents pass away, that’s the stuff that’s important in life.”
“I’ve noticed it in my circle of friends and family. There’s always something bigger to worry about than yourself.”
