It’s great news for Irish company Toto productions, as their RTE series The Takeover has been bought by Channel 4.
However, Norah Casey who helms the show, will not be featured in the UK version.
The series follows business woman Norah as she convinces business owners around the country to hand over the reigns of the company to their workers.

Now British company Victory Television has bought the rights, in a joint venture with Sony Pictures Television.
Business woman Hilary Devey, who starred in the UK version of Norah’s first show Dragon’s Den, will now star in the show.
