EXCLUSIVE: Kodaline accuse cereal giants Kelloggs of 'ripping off' their song for ad

Kodaline have accused cereal giants Kelloggs off ripping off one of their tracks for their new advert.

The Irish band were fuming when they heard the breakfast food maker’s new campaign – with the music sounding exactly like their track All I Want.

Today, Kodaline attacked Kelloggs for the theft claiming it was a “rip off” and that they should write their “own song.”

They said: “Hey @KelloggsUK we nearly choked on our Cornflakes this morning when we saw your new ad. #writeyourownsong #whataripoff.”

This evening Kelloggs have said they are looking into the claims made by Kodaline, after being alerted to the similarities.

The track was written by Kodaline themselves and is off their No1 album In A Perfect World.

They previously performed it on the Jay Leno show in America, when they were on a media tour of the States.
