Zayn Malik is allegedly in contact with his ex-fiancée Perrie Edwards.
The Pillowtalk singer has reportedly been sending a barrage of texts to the Little Mix star, who he allegedly dumped over text in 2015 following four years of dating.
“Perrie unblocked Zayn’s number recently and the pair have been texting again,” a source told Look magazine.

“He’s on a mission to try to at least win back her friendship. They’ve only texted so far but he’d really like them to meet in person. ”
Despite his efforts, Perrie is said to be not interested in Zayn nor a reconciliation.
“Perrie’s made it clear that she’s not interested in a reconciliation right now,” the insider added.
“Her friends are worried that it’s a bad idea to even chat to him, but she’s fine for now.”

However the former couple’s contact has hit a nerve with Zayn’s new romance with Gigi Hadid.
“Gigi loves Zayn very much but she can’t bear the thought that he’s been back in touch with his ex,” the source explained.
“She’s been doing everything she can to make their relationship work.”
