Simon Cowell is looking to “sue” Gary Barlow according to reports.

Drama: Gary was a former X Factor judge | ITV
Let It Shine sees Gary search for five male singers to play the parts of Take That in a forthcoming West End musical about the much-loved band.
Let It Shine will now go up against The Voice – which has moved from BBC to ITV.
Let it Shine will feature auditions judged by a panel, with successful candidates going through to a ‘bootcamp’ stage before live finals.
Gary has also poached Dannii Minogue from the Australian version of The X Factor.
New show: Let It Shine will have lots of guest judges
Sources close to Simon have said he was angered by that move because Danni was “very much part of the X Factor family”.
According to reports Gary also tried to poach Nicole Scherzinger but Simon offered her more money, and former X Factor star Olly Murs is set to guest judge on Let It Shine.
Speaking to the UK Daily Mail, the BBC said: “Let It Shine is an original format and bears no resemblance to any other format around the globe.”
