Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spotted on first public outing together

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been spotted on their first public outing together, since revealing their romance back in October.

The Suits actress arrived in London on Sunday, and the brunette beauty is said to be staying with Harry at his Nottingham Cottage home at Kensington Palace.

On Monday, the pair decided to go Christmas tree shopping at Pines and Needles in Battersea Park, where the couple settled on a 6ft Nordmann’s fir, as well as a bunch of mistletoe.

Staff member Ollie Wilkinson told UsMagazine.com, “I gave them a bunch of mistletoe. He smelled one of the berries and said it ‘smelled a bit weird’ and Meghan said she liked it.

“Then they got into the car. They walked off holding hands with Harry holding the tree in one hand.”

Meanwhile, company owner Sam Lyle said, “It was fantastic having them in the store. They picked out a lovely tree and were both very happy with their purchase. I’m sure they’ll have a great time decorating.”

Prince Harry officially announced their relationship through a controversial statement in October.

After months of speculation surrounding his love life, the Prince hit out at the press, condemning the racist and sexist abuse of his girlfriend.
