Kylie Jenner is facing a potential legal battle, as a makeup artist is threatening to sue her.
The 19-year-old, who owns her own beauty brand Kylie Cosmetics, has been accused of copying Vlada Haggerty’s ideas in her latest advertising campaign.
The makeup artist’s Instagram is inspired by liquid lipstick art, but some of her photos bear a striking resemblance to some of Kylie Cosmetics’ latest campaign shots.
Taking to Instagram, Vlada shared a screenshot comparing two of the photos, and called Kylie out for ripping off her ideas.
“Really @kyliecosmetics? Haven’t you gotten enough ‘inspiration’ from me already? Left is a the work @juliakuzmenko, @brittrafuson and I shot a few months ago and right is @kyliecosmetics new campaign,” she wrote.
According to TMZ, Vlada and her photographer are reportedly threatening to file a lawsuit due to the similarity of the images.
