Rita Ora has revealed that she was SCOLDED by Madonna for having “cigarette breath” at an awards ceremony.
The Body On Me songstress was at the Billboard Women in Music Awards this year, where she was paying tribute to the legendary Vogue singer.
However, despite being there to honour Madonna – she got a telling off from her instead.
Speaking to The Sun, Rita said, “I was doing a tribute video for Madonna. It was fantastic. I was like the only one in it, so I got to narrate this whole three minute Madonna video. But when I saw her I had cigarette breath.”

“She was like, ‘Rita, what are you doing? You smell like cigarettes’. She’s Madonna, and she knows exactly what she’s doing, she’s very healthy and disciplined.”
Despite Madonna’s scolding, Rita insists that the pair have struck up a close friendship since meeting for the first time three years ago.
“I admire her so much, she’s literally the love of my life, I adore her. She calls me a rebel, and I’ll take that.
“To have that seal of approval makes me feel like I can go and walk outside naked.”
