Fifth Harmony have announced that singer Camila Cabello has left the group.
The band took to social media to announce the shocking news, and ensure fans that remaining members Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane Hansen and Lauren Jauregui will continue the group as a foursome.
“After four and a half years of being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well.”

The news comes after Camila raised eyebrows by collaborating on solo material with Shawn Mendes (I Know What You Did Last Summer), and Machine Gun Kelly (Bad Things).
According to Billboard, insiders have suggested that tensions between Camila and the rest of the group have long been an issue.
Also, December 18, the day the split was announced, marked the conclusion of Camila’s contractual obligations to the group.
