Victoria Beckham gave a Spice Girls reference during her People’s Choice Awards acceptance speech.
The businesswoman received the Fashion Icon award on Sunday night, but wouldn’t leave the stage until she gave a shoutout to her Spice Girls fans.
“I always told myself, ‘Dream big and then dream even bigger,'” the mother-of-four told the crowd.

“And I wanted to show that if I can do it, anyone can do it. And what you can achieve really can be limitless if… I can’t help it — if you really, really want it, okay?” she continued.
“They told me at the table, they said, ‘You come all the way from London, you gotta get up there and give ’em what they want, what they really, really want,'” the former Spice Girls member said, as the crowd erupted into cheers.
Victoria’s comments made reference to one of the girlband’s most iconic songs, ‘Wannabe.’
“So many years ago, I started with girl power, and now that message is just as strong as ever but now it’s through the privilege of being able to empower women through my designs.”
The fashion designer also apologised to the crowd for reading her speech off cards, as she said: “I do apologise for reading off of cards, but I hung up my microphone some time ago, and I get a little scared when I get on stage and I see a mic.”
Fans were left heartbroken when the Spice Girls announced their reunion without Victoria, but it seems like the women are still on good terms.
The 44-year-old wished her former bandmates well and each member of the group has made it clear that there is no bad blood between them and Victoria.
