The Inbetweeners stars to reunite for two-hour special to celebrate 10 year anniversary

The Inbetweeners stars are set to reunite for a two-hour special to celebrate their 10 year anniversary.

The popular television programme ended in 2010, after two years and three series.

Following the end of the show, two films were released and now the cast are set to reunite once again for an anniversary special.

Channel 4/E4

Simon Bird, James Buckley, Blake Harrison and Joe Thomas will all come together to show behind the scenes footage, clips from the programme and discussions from famous fans.

The two-hour special is also set to have a ‘Funniest Moment’ award segment, with categories ranging from ‘Best Sex Scene’ to ‘Funniest Moment Ever’.

“Will, Jay, Simon and Neil spent years failing to sneak into the best parties, so I’m very pleased to throw one that they’re definitely invited to. I just hope Will brings his Mum,” said Tom Beck, head of live events and commissioning editor for entertainment at Channel 4.

“The love for The Inbetweeners is huge, the kind of love that Jay would boast he’s had many times – big celebrities, millions of viewers and loving fans from across the globe,” co-executive producer Will Macdonald added.

The news of the television special comes after Emily Atack, who played Charlotte Hinchcliffe in the popular comedy, was revealed as one of the celebs to be entering this year’s series of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
