Strictly’s Neil Jones finally stands up to Seann Walsh over cruel ‘gay’ jibes

The pro dancer has also banned his wife Katya Jones from speaking to Seann after the final

Strictly pro dancer Neil Jones has reportedly stood up to Seann Walsh, over the cruel comments he made about him during a stand-up gig.

Since the comedian was caught kissing his dance partner Katya Jones, who is married to Neil, Seann has been using the scandal as material for his comedy shows.

The comedian reportedly branded Neil “gay” during a gig in Kennington, as he joked about how the scandal thrust him into the limelight.

According to The Sun, the dancer has since confronted Seann during rehearsals for the final, and made it clear that he wasn’t amused by his comments.

A source said: “Neil made angry comments backstage and complained about Seann to the other pro dancers.

“He had kept a dignified silence until now but he has also had words with Katya to tell her that once this final commitment is over he doesn’t want her to see or talk to him again.

“He’s finally laid down the law and made his feeling crystal clear,” they added.

The Strictly Come Dancing final airs tonight at 6.30pm on BBC One.
