Strictly Come Dancing’s Katya and Neil Jones are said to be “avoiding each other” backstage, following the cheating scandal.
Katya was involved in the biggest scandal of the series, as she was spotted kissing her dance partner, Seann Walsh, on a boozy night out.
While the incident sparked outrage amongst viewers, Neil stood by his wife amid the scandal and now it has been claimed that the pair are not doing well together.
“Katya and Neil were filming a pre-recorded pro-dance routine and things were clearly very awkward between them,” a source told Mirror TV.
“They were avoiding each other whenever they were off-camera and Katya seemed like she was a completely different person when she wasn’t with Neil. Katya was laughing and joking with all the other pros but whenever she was with Neil she was stone-faced.”
“Neil also seemed reluctant to speak to his wife and was more interested in having fun with the rest of the crew.”
The Russian dancer seems to be ignoring the claims though, as she told Mail on Sunday: “I would love to have a baby in the near future, definitely. In a perfect world, Neil will hopefully get a partner on Strictly and he can stay on the show.”
