Emily Blunt is taking on the iconic role of Mary Poppins, and if these photos are anything to go by – she’s going to do an amazing job.
The British actress takes over from Julie Andrews as the much-loved heroine, who embarks on a magical journey with the two children she comes to look after in the 1964 Disney movie.
John Krasinski’s wife Emily Blunt looked practically perfect as the magical nanny as she cycled through mystical fog outside Buckingham Palace in central London during filming.
The BAFTA winner was carrying Mary’s trademark patterned carpet bag, which no doubt was full of magical belongings.

Mary Poppins Returns takes fans 25 years into the future as it continues the story of Jane and Michael Banks, and Michael’s three children.
The nanny, who is based on PL Travers’ famous character, returns to the Banks family in the foggy streets of London after they suffer a personal loss.
And a whole host of new colourful characters will join the familiar favourite characters as they embark on a journey.
