The secret to Holly Willoughby’s fabulous figure has been revealed

The secret behind Holly Willoughby’s fabulous figure is apparently pilates.

The This Morning host stunned earlier this week at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards, modelling a beautiful floral dress, leaving people wondering how she achieves her amazing figure.

Holly’s pilates trainer is Lynne Robinson, director of top London fitness studio, Body Control Pilates.

And working with Lynne is apparently the secret to Holly’s hourglass shape.

According to The Sun Online, Holly achieves her amazing body thanks to weekly Pilates sessions at her own home.

Lynne revealed, “Holly had postnatal matt work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core”.

Holly had youngest son Chester in 2014 and working with Lynne has helped the much- loved presenter maintain her figure.

“The exercises would have also helped strengthen the pelvic floor which can loosen after pregnancy, as well as help trim the waist and flatten the stomach,” added Lynne.

The Pilates coach has also helped singer Paloma Faith get back into shape following the birth of her first child.

Holly has always been very careful about revealing too much about her diet and exercise regime, as she is very aware of her role model status. She told Prima magazine, “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance”.

“As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me. I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing”.
