Mummy Diaries is returning with Sam Faiers, Billie Faiers and all of the extended family this week.
The ITVBe show saw Sam’s soon-to-be mother-in-law, Gaynor receive a mixed reaction from fans last season with some users branding her both hilarious and cringey.
In a clip from the show we can see a pregnant Sam asking her mother Suzanne to predict her baby’s sex with a pendulum.
While others in the room have no problem with the idea Gaynor quickly shuts it down saying “the prospect of spirits doesn’t sit nice with me”.
Sister Billie explained to the group how the idea works saying,”You ask the pendulum, What’s Sam gonna have? What sex is it gonna be?’, and whichever way it swings tells you”.
A hilarious Gaynor answers back saying “But you’re talking to something that ain’t there”.
Gaynor continued “You can bring things in, don’t think there isn’t anything around, but then you’re asking them what they think you’re having? No, it don’t sit nice with me”.
The room met with an awkward silence from all the girl then sees Gaynor add “When I say no, I mean no”.
