Robbie Williams to be replaced by a famous face on this weekend’s X Factor

Robbie Williams is set to be replaced by a famous face on this weekend’s X Factor.

The singer will be missing from several of the live shows as he’s set to jet off to South America for pre-arranged gigs this week.

According to The Sun, Chic’s Nile Rodgers will take the 44-year-old’s place on the judging panel over the weekend.

The guitarist is set to appear on the Saturday night show alongside Robbie, as he helped the mentor’s groups to prepare for their performances.

“Robbie was originally due to be off this Saturday as well but ITV have agreed a pre-record X Factor earlier in the evening this Saturday, so it means Robbie can do the show then get a late flight to Chile,” a source revealed.

The 66-year-old is then going to reportedly replace Robbie on Sunday night and cast his own vote in the judge’s place.

This isn’t the first time Nile has appeared on the show this season as he also helped out Liam Tomlinson during judges’ houses last month.
