One Direction stars have paid heartbreaking tributes to Harry Styles late step father Robin, who tragically passed away aged 57.
Yesterday it was announced that Robin had passed away after losing his battle with cancer.
Liam Payne took to Instagram to post a sweet photo of the late Robin and his wife Anne.
“Harry my heart really goes out to you such an extremely sad day for us all who knew Robin,” Liam captioned the tribute.
“What a kind, gentle and beautiful soul, a true rarity to find in today’s world. Sometimes they really do take the best of us far too soon. X.”
Fellow One Direction star Niall Horan also took to social media to pay tribute to Robin sharing the same sweet photo.
“Very sad to hear about the loss of Robin . For those who had the pleasure of knowing Robin will know that he was the nicest , kindest, most generous , hilariously funny guy you’ll have met,” wrote Niall.
Louis Tomlinson posted a series of tweets paying tribute to Harry’s late step father.
Louis also lost his mother last December, following a long battle with leukaemia.

The late Robin married Harry’s mother, Anne, in June 2013. The singer was the best man at the wedding and even walked his mother down the aisle.
The 57 year old helped to raise Harry and his older sister Gemma after he and Anne started dating, the BBC reported.
Robin is reportedly also survived by two children from a previous marriage, Mike and Amy.
