Myles Stephenson reveals what he said to Dan Osborne after leaving the I’m A Celeb jungle

The pair finally came face-to-face behind the scenes

Myles Stephenson has revealed what he said to Dan Osborne, after he left the I’m A Celeb jungle.

During his time on the show, the Rak-Su singer told Dan’s wife Jacqueline Jossa that he believed Dan might have been unfaithful to her, after seeing messages on his ex Gabby Allen’s phone.

Somehow, their private chat leaked to the press, and Dan was reportedly keen to confront Myles about his comments once he was booted off the show.

Although many expected a dramatic showdown between the pair, Myles has since revealed that it didn’t get too heated.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk, the former X Factor star said: “We spoke when we were on set in the canteen area and I told him what I’d read and I just reiterated that I didn’t tell her out of spite and I wanted them to sort out their issues.”

“At the end of the day I’m not with Gabby, I’ve got nothing to gain or nothing to prove by saying exactly what I’ve read. It was purely because she was a good friend and if I was in that situation, I would want to know.”

Explaining his private conversation with Jacqueline in the jungle, Myles said: “Basically she asked me in the main camp and I said, ‘Now is not the time to talk about it,’ and when we got a spare five minutes on the way to a trial we spoke about what I had read [in Gabby’s messages] and that was it.”

“I’d found messages when me and Gabby were together. She listened to what I’d read and she took it on board and she moved on from it. So I’m glad that she took it in and made a decision on what she wanted to do.”

Myles also said he has no idea how their private chat was leaked to the press, as they were off-site and had no microphones on.

He said: “It wasn’t in camp, it was off-site. Whenever we were going to a trial, you’d have to travel to the trial location and in that travelling time you’re not filmed. So we took off our microphones and she asked me then, and I told her then.”

“And even after that I said to her, ‘Keep this between you and Dan as much as possible. Because it’s not fair on the kids, it’s not fair on the whole family, sort it behind closed doors and keep it moving.’ Make of that what you will, it wasn’t out of spite that I told her.”

Myles added: “She’s the strongest woman I’ve ever met. She’s dealt with it so well and what is beautiful is that she has the ability to forgive. The good thing about her is that no matter what people say on the outside, she knows it’s her life, she can do what she wants.”

“People can have an opinion and an input but at the end of the day I think she knows what she wants even more now.”

‘The jungle made her strong. She’s always had it in her but I think going through the jungle and facing her fears, messages aside, it brought out a confidence that I don’t think she’s seen for a while.”
