Meghan Markle’s brother Thomas has claimed that the royal bride-to-be is tearing their family apart.
The American actress’ half-brother Thomas Jnr has hit out at the 36-year-old for refusing to invite close relatives to her upcoming wedding to Prince Harry on May 19.
Meghan’s sibling went on to allege that she’s turned her back on her family, and is trying to portray herself as the new Princess Diana.
Thomas told the Daily Mirror, “She’s clearly forgotten her roots. It’s torn my entire family apart. Meg likes to portray herself as a humanitarian, a people’s person and a charitable person but she is none of those things to her family.”
“She is giving the greatest Âperformance of her life. She is acting phoney. I’ve read that Meg wants to be like Diana.
“Diana was worshipped by everyone in the world. She was loved for the right reasons. That’s what Meg wants, but I don’t think that’s going to happen. She’s not genuine like Diana,” he continued.
Thomas hasn’t seen Meghan since 2011, when they both attended their grandmother’s funeral in Los Angeles.
Meghan is set to marry Prince Harry at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on May 19, and according to reports, her mother Doria Ragland and her father Thomas Markle Sr will be a part of the wedding.
It’s understood that Meghan’s is close to her 31-year-old niece Ashleigh Hale, and her half-uncle Joffrey Ragland, so they may attend the wedding as well.
