Meghan Markle is reportedly considering a home birth in Windsor.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved into their Windsor home last week, after it was reported that Meghan wasn’t going to give birth in the Lindo Wing.
It has since been reported that the Duchess wants to have a home birth like the Queen, who gave birth to her four children in Buckingham Palace/Clarence House.
A source told Daily Mail that Prince Harry and Meghan have not ruled out welcoming their baby in hospital though, but they are considering alternatives.
They claimed that the 37-year-old would prefer to have a home birth and said: “It is her favoured choice, but it obviously depends on how things are nearer the time.”
The couple are expected to welcome their first child in the coming weeks and while they haven’t revealed the gender of their baby, fans have speculated that Meghan’s good friend, Serena Williams may have let it slip in a recent interview.
