Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are also expected, as is Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner.
Newlyweds Ellie Goulding and Caspar Jopling are rumoured to be on the guestlist too.
According to Hello! magazine, the wedding celebrations will include a party at legendary film studios Cinecittà .
It’s Nonoo’s second wedding as she married Alexander Gilkes in 2012.
Her ex-husband is now dating tennis star Maria Sharapova.
Nonoo recently worked with Meghan on her capsule collection for SmartWorks, and the pair have been friends for years.
