Madonna has filed paperwork in Malawi in a bid to adopt twin girls Esther and Stella.
According the the MailOnline, the Like a Virgin singer was at the High Court this week to apply for custody of the pair who have been living at the same orphanage for the past two years.
The judiciary spokesperson Mlenga Mvula told Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper, “we have all the documentation and the matter will be determined by the judge soon.
“If the court grants her an adoption order, she will have the twins this time around,” he added.

Lucy Bandazi, a spokesman for the Ministry of Gender, Children, Disability and Social Welfare told the MailOnline that they will look at everything despite her fame and fortune, “we will look at her financial situation and her social situation.”
“There will be a lot of factors that are taken into consideration,” the spokesperson said.
“Just because she is famous it does not mean procedures will be overlooked,” she continued
The legendary Vogue singer is already a mother of two biological childen, Rocco, 16 and Lourdes, 20.
She also has two adopted children from a Malawi orphanage since 2006. A son David Banda and Mercy James who are both 11.
