Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson has admitted that years of being on reality TV takes a toll on your mental health.
Sam has been cast on Celebrity Big Brother and Celebs Go Dating, as well as hit show MIC.
“Six years on reality television takes its toll on even the hardiest minds” he told The Daily Mail.
Despite the difficult nature of the work described by Sam, he feels he is ready to re-join the Made In Chelsea show for the upcoming season.
“I have definitely been doing some soul searching over the past six months, but I’m ready to be back. It feels like I’ve come home.”
Sam left the show after an awkward break up with ex Sophie Habboo.
However, he will re-join the show with new girlfriend Zara McDermott.
Zara and Sam have made their relationship official across social media in recent weeks.
Zara rose to fame via Love Island 2018, where she was coupled up with Adam Collard.
