Love Island star Ovie Soko has addressed rumours that romance has blossomed between him and Amber Gill.
The pair were coupled up on the show for a short period of time as friends, before he found love with India Reynolds.
Amber also eventually found romance in the Love Island villa, and eventually won the ITV show with Irish man Greg O’Shea.
While Amber’s heart was left broken after the Irish rugby player dumped her by text, Ovie’s romance with India was still going strong.
Since then however, Ovie and India split – leaving fans hoping he would date Amber, as the pair got on very well in the villa.
Addressing the speculation, Ovie sadly friend-zoned the Miss Pap model in an interview with The Mirror.
“Amber’s a friend. It’s gonna stay that way. 100%,” he said.
He also opened up about how he is coping with his recent break-up, and said, “I’m OK, breakups are never easy.”
