Love Island’s Adam Collard and Zara McDermott spill show secrets

Secret text messages and how producers keep things exciting for viewers

Love Island’s Adam Collard and Zara McDermott have spilled secrets about the show.

The dumped contestants spoke to OK! magazine, and they revealed what really happens inside the bedroom.

“We used to write messages to each other when we were in bed so other people couldn’t hear what we were saying,” Adam revealed.

The personal trainer also added that while the Islanders delete the messages, producers have them all backed up.

He said, “We deleted our messages but the producers told me that they still have them all.”

Zara then revealed how producers keep things exciting for viewers.

“They never interfere but sometimes they encourage you to have certain conversations. Like, if Adam had pissed me off they might suggest I speak to him about it – they want us to voice how we feel,” she said.

The former government advisor also dished that contestants get a sack full of clothes from Pretty Little Thing every two weeks.
