The Royal couple managed to avoid a number of fans, who have reportedly been camped outside the front entrance of the hospital for several days.

Kate and William have chosen not to know the sex of their new baby, so it will be a surprise for everyone.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge married in April 2011.

The news comes just hours after it was reported that Kate’s sister Pippa Middleton is pregnant with her first child.
