Jessie J opens up about not being able to have children – ‘I haven’t given up hope’

Jessie J has opened up about not being able to have children, as she told fans: “I haven’t given up hope”.

The singer recently revealed that she can’t conceive and was told by doctors to have a hysterectomy and go on medication.

The 30-year-old has now opened up about her experience and took to Instagram to tell fans that she still believes that she might be able to have children.

“After explaining the meaning of my song ‘Four Letter Word’ on stage during this tour. The love and support I have received have been overwhelming. Thank you,” the singer wrote.

“I was told four years ago I won’t be able to have children. I was also told I would need a hysterectomy immediately and to be put on medication. I refused the hysterectomy and I’m off all medication through natural medicine and diet change.”

“I haven’t given up hope. I am doing all I can to make it happen the best way my body will allow. It’s taken me a long time to be open. It’s my truth. And when I put it in my music it’s out there.”

“I will be a mother. As will you. I believe in miracles. But if it doesn’t happen naturally. Then that wasn’t meant to be the journey,” the singer wrote, before she thanked fans for their ongoing support.

The singer has hit headlines in recent days, but it’s not about her romance with Channing Tatum that has everyone talking.

Instead the singer’s positive relationship with the actor’s ex, Jenna Dewan, is what is on everyone’s minds.

The pair have continuously been compared to each other since Jessie’s romance with Channing began, but the two women have sent each other messages of support over their similarities and have also preached the ‘women supporting women’ message.
