ICYMI: All the drama from last night’s episode of Love Island

Last night marked the end of the first week in the Love Island villa, and the show is beginning to heat up.

The contestants took the time to get to know one another over breakfast, after the show’s second recoupling saw Lucie reunite with Joe and Tommy Fury opt to couple up with new arrival Molly-Mae.

Tommy, who just escaped a love triangle with Joe and Lucie, has found himself in another, as Anton made a play for Molly-Mae.

“I’m going to have chats with Molly-Mae later on. I just feel, out of respect for you, I would always say that,” Anton told Tommy.

Later, Anton tells the newcomer: “Obviously, I’m just going to keep getting to know you. You’re the only girl in here that I’ve got an interest in, to have something more than a friendship. That’s how I feel.”

Molly, who is in her second night at the villa, admitted to finding Anton attractive, and felt torn between the two.

That evening, the couples play a game of sharing secrets around the fire pit, and Molly-Mae is not impressed with Tommy’s answer when it comes to their turn.

Molly-Mae asks Tommy what her most attractive quality is, to which he replies: “I think Ellie-Belly,” citing the social media influencer’s stuffed teddy.

Molly-Mae is left disappointed with Tommy’s answer, saying “he just wasn’t really getting it that this was an opportunity to tell me something great. He could have said anything and he said my cuddly toy.”

Last night also saw new entry Danny Williams enter the villa, and take both Amber and Yewande out on a joint date.

Originally, we were led to believe that just Yewande was invited, but in a shock twist, Amber joined them.

Yewande is currently coupled up with Michael, but the pair are just friends, a similar coupling dynamic to last year’s Alex and Samira.

Danny seemed smitten with Yewande, while Micheal expressed his interest in getting to know Amber better.

Will you be tuning in tonight to find out what exactly went down on the date?
