People are being scammed by the company

Holly Willoughby is said to be furious, after learning that a picture of her in a bikini is being used to promote diet pills.

An advert for weight loss supplement ULTRAPur Wild Raspberry Ketone features a picture of Holly in a bikini, and claims that the This Morning presenter used the supplement to slim down.

A blog post linking to the product reads, “Without a doubt, Holly Willoughby looks as fantastic as ever, and ULTRApur Wild Raspberry Ketone was the key.”

Meanwhile, a spokesman for Holly told The Mirror, “We’re aware of a number of scam websites using images of Holly, along with other celebrities, to sell weight loss products and are liaising with our lawyers about possible legal action.”

It’s also been reported that people signing up to trial the supplement have been scammed by the company.

Louise Hart, 40, paid £2.50 for a trial supply, but was shocked when four payments totalling £300 were taken from her bank account shortly afterwards.

“Holly looks amazing. She’s a working mum with three children like me so I can really relate to her. I wanted to lose some weight,” she said.

“But I ended up being scammed and losing out on £300. I never received anything. I’ve tried to get in contact to demand a refund but to no avail. Now I feel silly.”
