Georgia Steel has defended Dani Dyer’s decision to reunite with her ex-boyfriend.
Weeks after announcing her split from Jack Fincham, Dani was spotted kissing ex-boyfriend, Sammy Kimmence who she dated before appearing on Love Island.
The 22-year-old has been heavily criticised for rekindling her romance with Sammy and Jack has even liked a number of hateful comments about Dani following their reunion.
Fellow Love Island star, Georgia Steel has now defended her friend’s decision and told The Sun: “I’ve got her back, always. I don’t think she’s done anything wrong to be honest. I really don’t.”
“She’s just moved on. I just want her to be happy. That’s all I care about,” she added.
“Obviously I am really good friends with Dani, we are really, really close. I do feel like what’s happening at the moment is something that is quite difficult, but I will always stand by Dani and support Dani. That’s my main concern.”
Georgia’s comments come just weeks after Dani admitted that they weren’t “talking” anymore.
The 22-year-old appeared on Sunday Brunch earlier this month and said that she didn’t attend Georgia’s 21st birthday bash because she wanted a early night: “We’re not talking right now. I was so tired. I’ve literally been here, there and everywhere. She’s not happy with me.”
