Gemma Collins has been snubbed by fellow diva Mariah Carey.
The reality star, who is currently filming her new show Diva Forever, is a huge fan of Mariah – and has been desperately trying to meet her.
The songstress is set to perform at London’s Royal Albert Hall this weekend, and Gemma tried to organise a meet and greet for her show – but sadly she was rejected.
According to The Sun, the former TOWIE star even asked her pal Jonathan Cheban to pull some strings, but her requests were still denied.
A source said: “Gemma and her team tried everything to make a meeting between them happen.”
“But Mariah’s camp closed the idea down. She is flying in and out and isn’t doing any meet-and-greets with fans – let alone filming for an ITVBe show she hasn’t heard of.
“Gemma is gutted about it, but she has been filming in LA and would have had to fly back early if Mariah had said yes, so at least this means she has more time in the States,” the source added.
