Gemma Collins has revealed that she’s taking a break from social media to focus on Dancing on Ice.
The reality star hit headlines in recent days, as she slammed skating judge, Jason Gardiner, for allegedly “selling stories” about her to the press.
The 37-year-old’s argument sparked over eighty complaints to Ofcom, as fifty viewers complained about her “outburst” and thirty-three issued complaints about the judges’ treatment of the TOWIE star.
Gemma took to social media last night to thank fans and Piers Morgan, who defended her on Good Morning Britain, for their support.
The reality star has returned to Instagram today to tell her followers that she will take a break from social media, so that she can focus on skating.
“Guys after today I can’t be on social as I really need to up my skating skills,” she wrote alongside an edited video of thank u, next, in which Gemma’s quotes from her Dancing on Ice argument have been inserted into the clip.
“I’m not leaving you but I really need to focus ???????? here’s a little something to keep you going xxx il be back up and running Sunday.”
