Gemma Collins allegedly called emergency services over fears that her ex-partner James Argent had overdosed.
The Sun reports that police gained entry to the TOWIE star’s home after he failed to answer or return phone calls to friends.
Gemma called the emergency services after James’ parents could not get into his home, a source said.
The source alleged to The Sun: “James’ friends are beyond worried.”
“Their concern is that if this behaviour keeps on happening that one day soon they will go around to find him dead.”
“He has become more and more reclusive and his loved ones are worried about what is going on behind closed doors, away from watchful eyes.”
The source said: “Gemma raised the alarm because after hearing from his mum and dad she thought the worst. When paramedics turned up and couldn’t get in everyone was beside themselves.”
“It took the quick thinking of police to smash through the glass panel on his front door to undo the bolt and get in.”
The events took place on Thursday, October 17th.
The star was reportedly let go from his role on The Only Way Is Essex in May over a positive drug test.
