Ferne McCann forced to take daughter to visit father Arthur Collins in jail

Arthur is serving a 20 year sentence in jail for throwing acid at nightclubbers

Ferne McCann has reportedly been forced to take daughter Sunday on an eight hour drive to visit father Arthur Collins.

According to The Mirror, Ferne drove over 440 miles with her five-month-old baby “from Essex to maximum security prison Full Sutton, in York”.

Sunday’s father Arthur Collins is currently serving a 20 year sentence for throwing acid at nightclubbers last year.

It’s been reported that Arthur has “asserted the legal right to see his daughter”, which means that Ferne will be forced to take Sunday to visit her father.

“Ferne has sought legal and professional advice, and it was a difficult decision she had to make. It has been a bitter pill for her to swallow. But she knows this is what her life will be like now, whether she likes it or not,” said a source.

Fernepreviously visited Arthur at Belmarsh Prison, South-East London, when Sunday was just two weeks old. During that visit, Ferne allegedly told him that he would never see either of them again.

The former TOWIE star previously said in an interview, “It’s been the most difficult chapter of my life to date and the hardest thing I hope I’ll ever have to face.”

“It was all completely out of my control. The only thing I can control now is how I raise my daughter,” Ferne said.
