Emily Atack reportedly hinted that she wasn’t on The Inbetweeners reunion because there was “snobbery amongst the cast.”
The former I’m a Celeb contestant previously admitted that she didn’t know she was being left out of the reunion until the day before and said that she was originally booked for the slot.
A source has since told The Sun that when Emily appeared on Richard Herring’s Leicester Square Theatre Podcast last night, she hinted that former cast mate, James Buckley, did not want her at the reunion.
The actress reportedly began discussing why she was not included in the reunion while on the podcast and the source said: “Richard asked about Joe Thomas, saying it couldn’t be him as he’s a lovely man.”
“He then bought up James Buckley, and Emily hesitated and then shouted out ‘James F***ley!’ which got a huge laugh from the audience.”
“Emily then said that there was a ‘lot of snobbery’ and then said she didn’t want to say anything else,” the source added.
“It was clear she had some kind of problem with James and was dying to say something but couldn’t say it onstage.”
