Declan Donnelly has shut down claims that he wants to “rebrand” as a solo presenter.
The father-of-one was forced to continue on with hosting duties this year, after Ant McPartlin decided to take a career break, following his battle with alcohol addiction.
Although the presenter has Holly Willoughby to keep him company on I’m a Celeb this season, recent reports claimed that Dec wants to go solo with his career.
An insider has now shut down the claims, as they stated Dec has no plans to go solo in his career.
“There is no rebrand of Dec as a solo act, he is very much looking forward to working with Ant again in 2019,” a source told The Mirror.
“This is nonsense,” they stated.
Ant is set to make his presenting comeback next year and earlier today he wished Dec and Holly well, as they prepare for the launch of I’m a Celeb tonight.
