Davina McCall has shared a message to anyone feeling “lonely” this Christmas.
The TV presenter, aged 50, just split from her husband of 17 years, Matthew Robertson.
The couple only recently announced their shock separation, and speaking on her Instagram on Christmas Day, Davina gave some words of advice to people spending Christmas alone.
“Hey everybody – I just wanted to say a very happy Christmas and I wanted to also say happy Christmas to anybody who’s feeling a bit lonely,” she said.
“It’s only a day, and if you are feeling terrible, cuddle up with a duvet, make yourself some food as that’s a nice act of self-love, and go watch some funny Christmas films.
“Lots of love, and I’ll be back at some point on Instagram this week,” she added.
