Dancing on Ice’s Vanessa Bauer broke her silence after Megan Barton-Hanson accused her of having a “tactical” split from her boyfriend.
The reality star slammed Vanessa on Instagram yesterday, in a since-deleted post, as she wrote: “Love that you decide to announce your breakup with your boyfriend on the night of your 1st performance with my boyfriend!”
The 24-year-old went on to claim that it “pained” the skater to introduce herself to Megan, before she said: “Hope the tactical breakup got your the headlines you wanted babe.”
Vanessa has now broken her silence on the matter, as she shared snaps of her performing with fellow Dancing on Ice skater, Hamish Gaman, and captioned the post: “Because whenever I’m on the ice everything is good again ❤️ I’m so grateful for yesterday’s voting window number”.
“There is nothing in the world I am more passionate about and that makes me happier than figure skating ! ✨⛸✨
Last nights number was an absolute dream ????⛸ I can’t thank everybody enough for all the love and support”.
The 22-year-old added “#strongwoman #DancingOnIce #womenempowerment”.
The skater received messages of support underneath the post, as one fan wrote: “You are a beautiful, talented young lady. People will be jealous but should handle it with class… keep your chin up”.
