Curtis and AJ Pritchard are said to be “gutted” after police dropped the case against their alleged attacker.
The brothers were left shaken and injured after being attacked by up to eight men at a nightclub in December of 2018.
Police have reportedly dropped the investigation into the assault, with charges against the only suspect being “discontinued.”
Police confirmed to OK! that there is “insufficient evidence to move on with the investigation.”
A spokesperson told the mag: “Officers have carried out numerous inquiries. As a result, a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault.”
“However, the case against him has since been discontinued at a magistrates’ court.”
AJ is reported to be particularly upset by the news. A friend of the dancer alleged to The Sunday People: “He’s very upset.”
“He feels justice has not been served.”
“He’s been the victim of a violent crime and nothing has been done.”
