Coleen Nolan QUITS Loose Women following on-air argument with Kim Woodburn

Coleen Nolan has quit Loose Women following an on-air argument with Kim Woodburn.

The former Celebrity Big Brother housemates had an explosive row on Loose Women last week which led to over 7,000 complaints being sent to OfCom accusing Coleen of bullying.

The singer has received a huge amount of online criticism since the argument, with many fans trolling the presenter on social media.

Coleen released a statement on Twitter as she announced the cancellation of all work commitments.

“Following the constant online bullying, trolling and misrepresentation of her words and reactions, it is with sad regret that Coleen is taking an immediate hiatus from all her current commitments including Loose Women and postponing her Never Too late solo concert tour,” the statement read.

The statement also said that the 53-year-old was not strong enough to deal with the “constant unfounded online abuse” she has been receiving.

The CBB 2017 winner has also pulled out of her ‘Never Too Late’ solo concert tour.

Coleen appeared on ITV’s This Morning on Tuesday to discuss her tour, but broke down in tears after she was asked about her on-screen row with Kim.

The pair joined together on Loose Women last week, with the aim of the interview being reconciliation, but it ended when Kim stormed off-set after arguing with her former housemate and the panellists.
