Claire Foy has revealed that she is taking a break from acting.
The 34-year-old recently opened up about her ongoing struggle with anxiety and said that her acting career made it “explode.”
The actress has now decided to take a break from work, as she told The Mirror: “I did nothing for this whole summer and I plan not to do anything for quite a while longer.”
The actress admitted that filming The Crown and her latest project, First Man has been “quite exhausting.”
“The Crown definitely changed my life. You get used to where your career’s going but that show exploded that for me and changed my view of what I was doing for a living,” she continued.
Claire’s break from acting comes eight months after she announced her split from husband, Stephen Campbell Moore, following four years of marriage.
