Chris Hughes has admitted he’s concerned about his fertility.
The Love Island star has opted to freeze his sperm after he needed a series of operations on his testicles almost a decade ago.
The reality star, who is in a relationship with Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson, made the admission as he prepares to present a new documentary which explores male fertility issues.
Speaking to The Mirror, he said: “I might be infertile.”
“I learnt things about male fertility that really surprised me.”
“Fertility is often a subject that guys don’t consider until it might be too late, so I’m hoping this documentary will raise awareness and help men who might be struggling with these issues.”
Chris previously revealed that he wants to have children with girlfriend Jesy.
The couple have been dating since January 2019, and Chris explained that he hopes to have children in 18 months.
Chris has always been vocal about male reproductive health, and underwent a testicular examination on live TV last year to raise awareness of testicular cancer.
