Chris Hughes’ brother, Ben has revealed that his cancer has not spread.
The Love Island star’s brother discovered he had testicular cancer earlier this month, but after a successful operation to remove a testicle he was informed the disease has not spread.
The diagnosis came two months after Chris shocked viewers when he had his testicles checked live on This Morning, which led to Ben discovering his cancer.
Ben shared a positive post on Instagram, as he updated his followers about his condition: “The CT and bloods came back showing that the cancer hasn’t spread. I’m just having a few weeks rest on the sofa being looked after by family and friends, watching a lot of day time tv!!!”
The Love Island star stayed by his brother’s side last week before his operation.
Before his surgery, the brothers appeared on This Morning to discuss his diagnosis and treatment.
During their appearance, the pair kept positive and hoped that the op would go well – which it has.
