Ant McPartlin’s charge sheet has shown that the TV presenter W”as twice over the legal limit” when he was arrested for drink driving.
The star had crashed his Mini in to two vehicles while inebriated before police arrested him in London last month.
Following the incident a four-year-old girl was rushed to hospital and the Saturday Night Takeaway host subsequently returned to rehab.
Police have since released figures they recorded when taking the star’s blood alcohol levels that night.
The Daily Mail report that police readings showed him to be twice over th legal limit when as a breathalyser reading of 75mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath was returned.
The legal limit in the United Kingom is 35mg.
