Andrew Brady and Caroline Flack called off their engagement earlier this month and now he has revealed why.
Since the news broke the pair have been spotted having an explosive row while he removed his possessions, including their dog, from their once shared apartment.
He took to social media to clear up rumours surrounding the split releasing a lengthy statement on Twitter citing past relationships as a contributing factor to their split.
“I would like to issue a statement as I believe stories, half truths and lies have been circulated in the media by various parties and are to a large extent inaccurate,” he began.
He wished to quash stories from exes that have recently come to light, “This was at times before and during my relationship with Caroline.”
“One ex-girlfriend and another girl have chosen to go to the press to divulge stories that were embellished,” Brady said before revealing, “For the record I saw one for a few dates and one for a number of weeks.”
“Lack of trust was a major factor in my decision to end these short relationships.”
“Thankfully this has proven to be a good decision based on the fact that they both sold stories on me. I hope they now have closure and can move on.”

“Caroline knows I wish her every success and hope one day she can find happiness,” he assured fans.
The statement finished with the former Celebrity Big Brother star telling fans he wants to leave this stredd behind and he thanked his family for helping him deal with recent stress.
