No couple is safe in the villa, as the Islanders will be forced to choose a couple to seemingly leave the show.
The contestants must choose one couple to be dumped off the island, but that couple does not automatically leave the villa once they are voted out.
In a massive twist, that unfortunate couple will instead choose another couple to be dumped from the island and the losing pair will be voted out by the public.
A couple who are at high risk of being dumped off the island is Alex George and Alexandra Crane, as the couple split up last night following an explosive argument.
Each couple must cast their vote in secret, without discussing their decision with anyone else in the villa.
The shock twist comes days before the Love Island finale, with the odds in favour of Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham winning the series.
