Strictly Come Dancing‘s Neil Jones reportedly “feels he’s the one being punished” for his wife, Katya’s, kiss with Seann Walsh.
It has been rumoured that the dancer and his wife have an open relationship, as he has continued to show support for the Strictly partners and has stayed quiet regarding the cheating scandal.
It has now been reported that Neil is allegedly feeling “punished” because of Katya and Seann’s controversy and thinks that it may have affected his career on the show.
“He’s keeping a dignified silence, but Neil is getting a bit annoyed now. He feels he’s the one being punished even though he’s the innocent party in all this,” a source told The Sun.
The 36-year-old is reportedly worried that he may never get the chance to be a lead dancer on the show, as he is currently one of the few professional dancers who only appears in group dances and is not paired with a celebrity.
“He is desperate to be a lead dancer, but sadly it looks like it is doing him no favours as he feels he’s being left out,” they continued.
“The judges can see how Neil looks very downcast and embarrassed by it all, but frankly it was all his wife’s doing and yet he has been pushed to the back while she goes through to the next around,” the source concluded.
